Our company representative will pick you up from the airport or your accommodation facility. After a short briefing about the safari, you will be handed over to your experienced driver guide in the morning for a scenic drive Southeast towards Amboseli National Park, arriving in good time for lunch. You’ll embark on your first afternoon game drive exploring this acacia woodland, freshwater swamps, scrub brush, and open plains in search of wildlife returning at sunset for dinner and your overnight stay.

Amboseli National Park (392sq km) is famously known for the breathtaking view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest freestanding mountain on earth and the tallest in Africa (5895m). Amboseli is also an elephant’s paradise where the massive African savannah elephants roam from swamp to swamp grazing all day. Because of the abundance of water and pasture, other animals to be spotted here are cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, gnus, gazelles, hippos, and many others

You’ll leave the camp after breakfast, carrying your packed lunch to be enjoyed in the wild. You’ll spend the whole day exploring the marshlands and swamps of Amboseli which are fed by subterranean water channels. Water is abundant throughout the year and so is the pasture. Elephants and various other herbivores are found here. You’ll retreat to the lodge late in the afternoon after a long exploration of this 392sq km.

You’ll also have an option of starting the day with an early morning game drive to search for animals when they’re at their most active. Then, you’ll return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch.

You’ll spend the hottest part of the day relaxing in the camp reading your favourite book or just listening to your favourite music while observing the birds. Don’t stress, the animals will be doing the same. Afterwards, you’ll head off in the afternoon (4:00 pm) for another drive through the park. You will return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and your overnight stay.

Today after an early breakfast, you will drive past Nairobi for scenic views towards Lake Nakuru National Park. You will have a stopover at the spectacular Great Rift Valley viewpoint to stretch your legs and photograph the contrasting landscapes. Lunch today will be a local cuisine served at a local restaurant, en route to the park or an English buffet at your lodge/hotel. After lunch, you’ll proceed for a game drive in the park. Thereafter, you’ll check into your hotel later in the evening.

This park is gorgeous all year round and boasts rocky escarpments, patches of yellow-barked acacia forest, and a waterfall. It is home to flamingos, both black and white rhinos, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe. The southern end of the lake is the best place to see wildlife. The forested area below the Rhino Cliff is a favorite lion-spotting point where lionesses love to sleep in the trees, and leopards frequent the same area.

Today after breakfast, you will drive through the Rift Valley floor to Masai Mara National Reserve arriving at the lodge in good time for lunch. You will embark on your first game drive in the reserve this afternoon in search of the Big Five and other herbivores that roam around in this beautiful savanna. You’ll return to your lodge at sunset for dinner.

One of our favorite places to look for wildlife in Kenya is the Masai Mara National Reserve. That’s because the wildlife here is incredible, with big cats (lions, leopards, and cheetahs) and elephants among the highlights. There’s a very good chance you’ll also see giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, hyenas, and, of course, impalas. Bring your binoculars, because more than 500 species of birds have been recorded in the reserve. It’s a place of beautiful savannah landscapes as well, with lots of acacia trees. You’ll visit the reserve is a highlight for many travelers.

Maasai mara National Reserve

This is a full day spent game viewing across the rich tree-studded grassland and rolling hills of the famous savannah. The Mara is renowned for its great herds of plains game animals like leopards, cheetahs, lions, and other herbivores. It has virtually every other type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. You will have a full-day game drive in Masai Mara Savannah.

Your lunch today is picnic lunch boxes in the savannah under a flat-top acacia tree while watching the animals grazing. You will continue with the game viewing en route to your camp, arriving late in the afternoon after thoroughly exploring this massive grassland savannah measuring 1,500 sq.

You have an option of booking a balloon ride today at an extra cost which takes off early in the morning. After landing, the crew helps you out of the basket and escorts you to a lovely setting for a bush breakfast which is a lifetime experience and worth the price. Later, join your driver guide at a location and proceed with your full-day game drive.

After breakfast, get ready for a long but visually stunning drive to the Isebania border post, separating Kenya and Tanzania. Once you complete the border immigration process, you will switch vehicles and meet your Tanzanian driver/guide. They will welcome you and take you to the vast Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, which means “endless plains.” Lunch will be served on route.

You will arrive at the camp late in the afternoon. Keep an eye out for the millions of animals that call this place their home during the drive. Tonight, you will have an authentic African safari experience. The lodge is situated within the national park, right in the middle of all the animal action. Once you arrive, your driver/guide and the camp manager will provide you with a comprehensive safety briefing.

Please note that the drive from Masai Mara to Serengeti can take up to 8- 9 hours, including the border crossing and two pitstops. Alternatively, we can arrange a 3-hour flight transfer to Serengeti at an extra cost

You will wake up to another glorious day in the Serengeti. You’ll start the day with an early morning game drive to search for animals when they’re at their most active. Then, you’ll return to the lodge for a relaxed breakfast and lunch.

You’ll spend the hottest part of the day relaxing in the camp reading your favorite book writing your journal about the safari or just listening to your favourite music while observing the birds. Don’t stress, the animals will be doing the same. You’ll head off again in the afternoon for another drive through the park. You’ll return to the lodge for dinner and another night under the Serengeti’s stars.

Note: There’s also an option of an early hot air balloon ride here. Please ask the tour manager before booking this trip if you’re interested.

Today after an early breakfast, you’ll drive to Arusha airport for your scheduled flight to the spice island of Zanzibar filled with idyllic beaches, winding cobblestone alleyways, and bazaars. Upon arrival, you will be met by our company representative and drive to your hotel

Zanzibar has a history comprising the slave trade, Arabian sultans, and fruit and spice exporters. The traditional dhow sailing along the coast evokes what the island must have been in the Livingstone days. The old port of the main city is called Stone Town and the best way to see this city is on foot, exploring the markets, shops, mosques, and churches. You’ll enjoy a sundowner on a rooftop or a bar overlooking the seafront. You’ll spend the night in Stone Town Dhow Palace Hotel or similar.

Today after a leisurely rooftop breakfast (while watching the sunrise). You will head out of your hotel and head to the northern beaches via an (optional) visit to the spice plantation. On this spice plantation guided tour, you can learn all about the history of this island’s renowned spice trade, and you will have an opportunity to touch, smell, and taste various spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, and ginger among many others. Sample some tea made with these spices too. After lunch, you will head to the northern beaches where white sand and sparkling blue sea and skies await you. This is the Indian Ocean at its best then in the evening head back to the hotel

You will enjoy free time at the beach in this beautiful archipelago today there are so many water activities that you can take including snorkeling in search of the exotic fish, scuba diving or simply relaxing in a hammock underneath a coconut tree with a good book or listening to some music, then in the evening head back to the hotel

You will check out of your hotel this morning and return to Stone Town by noon to be transferred directly to the airport, marking the end of your safari.

Please note that the most convenient option for departure is Zanzibar Airport. However, if you are departing from Dar es Salaam airport, ferries leave Zanzibar at 7:30 am, 9:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 3:30 pm. It is crucial to allow enough time to return to the mainland if you need to catch your flight from Dar es Salaam Airport.

We can also arrange a flight from Zanzibar to connect with your outbound flight from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, but please refrain from booking it before 3 pm.
